Beth Murray's broad accounting and financial reporting experience is what makes her a valuable partner for business owners and CEOs. Her past experiences also demonstrate her willingness and ability to "roll up her sleeves", dig in and ensure companies have the information they need to plan for growth. She is passionate about partnering with and supporting small, growth oriented organizations as they advance to the next level and thrives in fast-paced environments. She has a great mindset for business and numbers and welcomes the opportunity to provide solutions to the challenges e2E's clients may face as they grow their organizations.
Over the course of her career, Beth has worked in a variety of industries including mortgage, wholesale garment design, manufacturing, computer training and most recently e-commerce and website development. Working across these varied industries has afforded Beth the opportunity to learn how to quickly research, learn, assess and apply accounting and finance concepts to each new industry she encounters. Additionally, she has covered several roles over the course of her career including VP of finance, controller, accounting manager, accounting clerk, as well as management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and HR.
In her various roles, she has developed and implemented dashboard reporting to provide management with both financial and operational metrics, developed and implemented weekly and monthly rolling cash flow projections, established a US accounting department for an international wedding gown designer, coordinated a major office move from a 6,000 sq. ft. facility to a 13,700 sq. ft. location as well as being directly involved in the opening of one organization's flagship retail store. Beth has also worked closely with management and department heads to set financial targets and budgets and has also coordinated annual financial audits.
Beth started her career as an accounting clerk while still taking courses at UMKC. She completed her BS in Accounting at UMKC and her MBA from University of Phoenix. For leisure, Beth enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Carl, and her kids, Whitney (21) and Quincey (15). She loves attending her daughter’s musical and dramatic performances and her son's activities including golf and jazz band. Beth also enjoys designing and making t-shirts for local school and church organizations.
