Job Description

The Director of Operations will create, implement, and oversee the daily operations of the organization to ensure goals and objectives are achieved and the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, tracking, and reporting by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
  • Leads daily operations and develops and improves processes and technology.
  • Leads department and staff utilization reporting, analysis, and assignments.
  • Prepares and updates organization’s operations manual and policies.
  • Leads coordination and integration of efforts among internal teams to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.
  • Improves customer and internal team experience and satisfaction by creating, adapting, and optimizing processes and standards.
  • Communicates and explains operational policies, procedures, and major changes; meets with entire team to explain changes, answer questions, and maintain morale.
  • Participates in onboarding new employees, training on company systems, processes and procedures.
  • Manages company accounting, budget preparation, forecasting, pricing, payroll, and invoicing.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required.
  • 7-10 years of related experience required.
