Maria Kirkpatrick

Maria Kirkpatrick is an HR professional with 10+ years of Human Resource Administration experience. Her exposure to various aspects of Human Resources includes staff training, payroll, recruitment, and benefit administration. Her areas of expertise are employee relations and engagement, policy and procedure development, and providing coaching and training for both management and employees. Maria believes in the importance of creating an environment where everyone has a clear understanding of their role and how it impacts the overall mission of the organization.
Maria earned her B.A. in Sociology and Minor in Psychology from SUNY Purchase College in New York. Prior to joining e2E, she worked at companies that specialize in facility services and manufacturing.
Maria was born in Ecuador and raised in New York City. The adaptation from the Big Apple to the Midwest was a big change, but after 10 years she is proud to call Kansas City home. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, four kids, and their furball—Louie. There is never a dull moment between sports, concerts, and everything else in between.
