Director of Onboarding/Senior Accounting Consultant

Rachel is motivated by the entrepreneurial journey and is passionate about taking business owners’ initiatives and making them a reality.  As the child of an entrepreneur, Rachel has seen first-hand how cumbersome administrative tasks can be for small businesses and is excited to help them shift their focus to the parts of their business where they add the most value.

Prior to joining e2E, Rachel worked for Palmer Square Capital Management LLC, where she held positions of increasing responsibility, including Vice President of Finance and Accounting, as well as spearheading the firm’s financial initiatives during a time of tremendous growth. During her time at the firm, Rachel was involved in all facets of the business including forecasting and budgeting, cash planning, financial reporting, tax planning, banking relationships, system integrations, and investor relations.

Before that, Rachel was a Senior Assurance Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She provided auditing services to both public and privately held companies in the Asset Management Industry. Her principal clients included alternative funds and registered mutual funds.

A licensed CPA®, Rachel earned her Master of Science in Accounting from the Bloch School of Management, University of Missouri-Kansas City, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Rachel and her husband are dog parents to two dogs, Jada and Slugger. In her free time, she loves doing anything outdoors that she can turn into a game and trying new foods and restaurants.
