Ray Pericola

CFO Consultant

Ray brings passion and over 20 years of financial leadership to his work with clients. His broad experience with two global accounting firms and roles within industry as a Controller, VP, SVP, and President provide him with the breadth and depth of knowledge to customize and simply his clients’ financial approach. He is well-versed in financial modeling, analysis, budgeting, accounting systems setup and simplification, mergers and acquisitions, cash management, debt and capital issuance, and the daily leadership of accounting and finance organizations.

As a child, Ray spent three years in a village outside of Bitburg, Germany. Upon his return to the States, he began working with his grandfather and uncle, learning how to build and repair pipe organs in their family business. After graduating with a BBA from Kansas State University he returned to Wichita, a hot spot for entrepreneurship, and began his career with Ernst and Young, LLP as a staff accountant. He has worked in various-sized companies and diverse industries and has experience in transportation, heavy manufacturing and repair, retail, and telecommunications.

Prior to joining e2E, Ray with the President of the nation’s largest privately held railcar repair network, with over 35 coast-to-coast locations throughout the U.S.

Ray and his wife Kim have three children, all nearly grown, and three dogs. When not attending K-State football or basketball games, Ray can often be found on his mountain bike enjoying the numerous trails the area offers, smoking Kansas City-style BBQ, attending his children’s sporting events, or cooking for friends and family.
